DESCRIPTION:-
n the 15 years since its inception, Techfest has stayed true to its motto of spreading the best of science and technology among the masses. And providing a fair playing field for anyone in India or abroad to prove their mettle at the forefront of technical supremacy has been among its priorities. Hence we bring forth- the International Robotics Challenge, a universal and common platform for all the Indians as well as International participants to compete and excel.
The qualifying rounds for IRC will be held in all participating countries - Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia,Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UAE. Winners of each of these country legs will get direct entry into: International Robotics Challenge Grand Finale to be held during Techfest at IIT Bombay. Any International team, who missed the opportunity to participate in the national levels of IRC can also participate in the International Robotics Challenge through the IRC Open (International) which will be held at Techfest 2013, India.
