How to take Backup in a Computer?


Let’s see, how to take Backup of the data in the computer before installing windows. You can save the backup into pen-drive or Hard disk. So we’ll see how to save the backup on the External drives.


Click on Start     
Select All programs
Select Accessories
Select System Tool
Click on Backup



In the appearing, window Click Next.



Again click on Next



From the next appearing window, "My documents and setting" will be selected automatically. If My documents and setting were selected, the below mentioned things will be copied.
All the files from my documents
Internet  Favorites
All files from desktop
Cookies

If you want to copy all the documents of the user, select “Every ones documents and settings” option. Otherwise, select "All the information on this computer" option, this option will take complete backup of computer's data or 
If you wish to take the particular folder backup, select Last option and click Next.




In the next opening window, select a place to save your Backup.  Then Click Next



Now, Click on Finish.



Now, the selected backup will get saved in that particular Drive.  



After completing the above mention method, format your Hard-disk and install the Windows. Then do the above mention method again and go to 
Backup option. 
Now select "Restore files and Settings" option.
and click Next. 
Then select your computer's "My Documents" and Restore files again...
